PM 3. Kind
Starting basis is endeavour of nature to create or recreate stabile status (like steadyness of inertia, equal spreading of pressure within fluid or electic charges within a medium or heat within gases, steadyness of magnetic flux of permanent magnets, and much more that kind). If this status is disturbed, labile status will result. If disturbtion is stopped, nature automatically re-establishes stabile status. This act of regeneration is really Free Energy.
As nature resists versus changes or distrubtions of stabile status, act of disturbtion demands power. Instead of input of demanded power into re-generating part of system, resistance above is to take off second part of system, by counter-pressure. At this second generator-part of system in total, thus usable effect is to achieve. Energy balance is balanced, power and counter-power is only dislocated into two parts of system. Above this, difference to stabile status is only give short time resp. phasewise, in sense of permanent cycle.
That´s message of PM Third Kind. Applications of this principle are all systems, where energy is ´braked-out´ of system, e.g. many of rotor systems presented here. An other application e.g. are heat pumps. If other theoreticans by definition of PM (first or second kind) are searching for other aims than continuous movement resp. achieving usable energy, it´s quite an other problem (see below).
However, I had problems to explain my classic example of energy-surplus, effect of lift by suction, by this principle. Effect by itself is clear, I often discribed (e.g. by Effect of Suction or Why Sail doesn´t pull (sorry, both articles available only in German) and also in diverse workouts to Fluid Technology here, lastly here e.g. by Tide-Energy-Station. For embedding this occurance (suction / lift) into generally valid statement however, I had to make up principle of Perpetuum Mobile of Fourth Kind.
Based on conciderations to rotor systems, I formulated general principle of Perpetuum Mobile of Third Kind, which in most abstract style describes usage of Free Enery in various sections of physics.
For example, this happens at suction areas, whether at sail or wing or any bended surface within flux. For example, one only has to hold sail some tied versus originally given wind (and already will get some thrust), in order to build up suction area. Only by this pure passive measurement, equal spreading of air pressure is disturbed, resulting strong flux for equalation of pressures and achieving multiple stronger lift (than originally given and only tiggering wind-power) - without hindering act of regeneration of equalized pressures.
So by this principle, disturbtion of stabile status nearby needs no power, i.e. labile status is to achieve easy. Free Energy of nature automatically regenerates labile status into stabile status. This process of regeneration, all times is identic to any kind of movements. That movement by itself represents or is to transform into useful power (however cycled process by itself may not be hindered).
This indirect or even direct usage of any movement within regeneration-phase of cycle-processes, that´s message of principle of Perpetuum Mobile Fourth Kind.
Applications of PM 4. Kind e.g. are all systems with phasewise redirection resp. disturbtion of flux, within fluids or of flux within electric or magnetic systems. At mechanics, e.g. these are systems with phasewise redirection of masses into circled tracks (like many designs are presented here). But also e.g. static charges are easy to accumulate within electric elements, i.e. equal spreading is easy to disturbe. Just electronic processes with semiconductors offer huge range of possibilities for senseful application of this principle.
Investigation
So it would make sense, every expert to investigate his subject for stabile status, how status phasewise and best is to transfere into any labile status. Might be, by act of disturbtion already might come up possibility for usable energy (PM 3. Kind), otherwise by automatically given movement of act of regeneration energy will come free usable (PM 4. Kind). Then, it´s only question of senseful organisation of processes, how free available nature-power is to make usable at its best.
This will be possible in all sections of physics, e.g. at mechanics (especially free of negative ´side-effects´) and also by electrics and electronics (however inclusive side-effects as long one doesn´t understand real backgrounds).
Already these days, at these fields are well known many ´phenomenas´ and e.g. there are some systems with special generators producing more electric flux than consuming corresponding mechanical power. Most of these inventions are rather occationally. By new Ether-Theory, I will describe in details real essence of electromagnetism as very special shape of movement of ether with its extremly special characteristics. Electromagnetic machines then are to design more effective and with less negative side-effects.
Transformator or Generator
All machines producing electric flux, actually are only tranformators: given power (e.g. water-power or wind-power) is transfered into electic power at its best. Original power (e.g. steam pressure) by itself is made available also by transformation (e.g. within coal-power-stations or nuclear-power-plants). Already by steam-engines was recognized, lastly there are ´losses´ in shape of heat unavoidably (and this ´discovery´ is fixed by laws e.g. of patents).
Whole developement thus did aim only at best-possible power-transformation. Original power, whether natural or produced, is to consume totally and most completely is to transfere into wanted form of energy. Indeed, by these transformators all kind, efficiency less than 100 percent is only to achieve.
So one neglected to aim at an other optimum: by minimum input of power to achieve best possible energetic usage of higher value. Opposite to ´transformators´ above, original power not at all may be consumed totally. Opposite, one has to guarantee, this power within its cycle must remain constant in total. Usable effect may only result of controlling act, phasewise disturbtion or redirection above, including its automatic regeneration act.
These systems by principle are ´open´ systems, within which free available component of natural forces automatically effect regeneration as essential contribution to cycle processes. That´s way how to generate real additional benefit, so really usable energy is generated - instead of only transforming one form of energy into next form of energy with inevidable losses each time.
Like there were developed huge amount of diverse ´power-transformators´, after ´transformation´ of aim soon lots of most effective, real power-generators will be created, realized and free available soon.
