INET and DVR organized a congress concerning ´Universal new Energy-Solutions´, at Bensheim / Germany, 26./27. October 2002, this time only in German language. Each of some twelve lectures had some 100 to 150 participants, for all much interesting performance, also by many talk-groups at breakes.
After introducing reports (Dipl.Ing.Schneider, Prof.Dr.Gruber) subjects like neutrinopower and -communication (Dr.Meyl), storage and injection of hydrogen (Zeitler), primnummer-cross and space shuttle (Dr.Plichta), space-quants and fluel-qualification (Dr.Weber), swing-cirquits and energy-output (Wolf), restoration of buildings and ground (Mohorn) were presented.
By these reports, astonishing results and knowledges were offered. Additional information to these and following subjects are available at internet, e.g. via External Links. However, I´ll comment only reports concerning my actual working. Not all comments are seriously meant, however all statements to physics are absolute sincerely meant.
Tilley´s Battery-Charger
Carl B. Tilley from Tennessee announced via internet test-drive of electric-car with self-charging batteries. At an old-fashioned car, he put off combustion motor, put in twelve batteries, one electric motor and two electric generators. At test-drive, axis broke. For announced second test, Schneiders got on trip to USA, test was canceled, but Schneiders could visit that man at his workshop, could show some videos about.
It´s question, why inventors prefere to present top-new technology by rotten cars. Tilley next will keep one-motor aircraft for 24 houres in air with his equipement. On the other hand, Tilley has stationary units, e.g. for electic supply of lights and machines at his workshop. He wants 80 or 100 million Dollars - I guess he never will get.
At his system, electromotor pulls energy from battery, driving shoebox-small device by a shaft, and that unit feeds back threefold more electic energy. Diverse inventors report about similar units and relations, all are afraid to keep their secretes and are afraid about some more.
I don´t like this behavior - but I believe these machines really work. Keeping secrete that ´trick´ and takeing profit only personally - that´s like e.g. ´AC´ to keep private affair.
This Tilley-divice simply stands on table without ancouring. So there are not working large forces and counter-forces. So there is not pulled any coil nearby any magnet. There is only some ´field´ disturbed (see remarks at chapter ´PM 4. Kind´), it´s used a N-machine or induction is realized by distrubtion or redirection of magnetic flux (detailed description about these technics demands more explanations, will be presented by new version of my Ether-Theory).
Different starting points of these battery / generator - technics are based at a common principle, general valid formulation by now probably is not public. As soon however, this principle is explained clearly, unlimited applications are possible - like usage of AC.
Bessler and others
Since months, Dr.Fiedler had announced to show his model of Bessler-Wheel at this congress. Many listeners came to participate this spectacle. However, Fiedler couldn´t finished his model, didn´t come. So rather briefly, Schneiders asked me to report as a substitude.
I made up some overhead-films, bought Hoolahoop-Ring (or how ever this stuff is called), explained how Boris Becker did play sliced balls - and just like this my version of Bessler-Wheel, Rhönrad-Motor would work.
Afterwards, I descirbed (by listeners well know) theory of tides, effect of high tide onto coast - and just like this my Moonwheel-Motor and Tide-Energy-Station would work.
I presented that ´moon-gear´ by example of Doublestar-Sunwheel, lever arms working at ´Firewheel-Motor´, inertia effects of Ringwheel-Motor. I let ´fly´ wheels, gesticulated wildly with that Hoola-Ring. I implored listeners to believe, unbalancy is to organize that kind, usable turning momentum is achieved. I pointed out principle of taking-off energy by self-acceleration of system same time. According to high educational level of participants, demandingly and most abstract, I presented Perpetuum Mobile of Third Kind, valid and applicable at probably all sections of physics.
Now, I expected, people would stand up on tables - nothing happened, all behaved well-mannered. I was rather annoyed - with me, cause once more I run into lecture with emotions, did try to communicate too many facts, much too fast, as anyone could follow nore understand anything. I was really mad on me, even some said my lecture was highly amousing. Break-clown before dinner.
Crosswheel-Motor
At congesses, fortunately there are breakes and people stand around at many groups, discussing about everything under the sun. One man, unknown to me, pulled me aside ´your lecture was great, with these diverse movements of wheels etc. and especially your trick with that moon-gear. Nevertheless, you know, un-steady turning is also possible by gear wheels´. He scribbled some bended lines on a sheet and said, ´rest of, you are able to find out easily´.
At Ringwheel-motor, I described broken lorry-wheels and mentioned, technicans easily could build mechanical model of ´hilly road´ and wheel flying alongside. It took me two days, by his hint to detail my hint by Crosswheel-Motor. Might be, any producer of gear wheels will believe?
Künstler
One more man, unknown to me, introduced himself by ´unbalancy motor is running, even much easier than yours, my model at the moment shows factor 3´. This man I knew for months, by diverse mails, but now I was happy to see George Künstler personally. This man gave important hints to me, concerning pulsating turning of Bessler-Wheel as a whole, see Bessler-Problems solved. On the other hand, he found explanations at my website for effects, he found by his experiments.
Even Künstler does study and work about problems of Free Energy only since two years, he managed to start projects at different sections (see External Links, his pages but in German). As also he didn´t study physics, he can make up clear conclusions with astonishing results, e.g. by statement: ´Second law tells, all processes can work only from warm to cold. Exacte fact. So one has to pull out heat (anyway excess, of no value) off system - and will achieve same process.´ Might be, someone thinks about?
At mechanical systems, braking-out of energy won´t result deceleration of system at all (but besides usable turning momentum, by input of counter-power system is accelerated). Like this, at any other system somewhat is to ´take-out´ (probalbly already with usable energy), at any case however process gets positive effects.
So one may be curious, Künstler further will make up by his un-common conciderations. Might be, studied physicans should try to simulate corresponding ´naivity´ of thinking. We both at least agree, this ´inverse´ thinking of ´take-off with automatic feed-in´ is right starting point for many processes and lots of applications.
PM 4. Kind
My friend Höhndorf, once more didn´t stop adverticing my ideas, distributing old paper Blockade of Thinking - Blown away by Wind (sorry, only German language), talking about suction and lift at surf-sails, classic example for ´overunity´. I wasn´t really happy about, cause last weeks I had problems to explain this effect by statement of Perpetuum Mobile Third Kind. On the other hand, I claimed this principle to be valid generally.
Probably that´s why I couldn´t convince nore inspire listeners for PM 3.Kind. Already while lecturing, confirmed by following conversations and reports, it was clear, this principle needs addional statement. It took me four days to formulate Perpetuum Mobile Fourth Kind. Now again I claim, these both principles describe possibilities for usage of Free Energy abstractely and valid at any section of physics. Might be, one more listener or reader becomes convinced?
To me it´s convincing, some stable status are to disturbe, to change or to redirect quite easy (like sail disturbes equal spreading of pressures). Every re-generation of any labile status into stabile status, all times is identic to any kind of movement. And by this movement, freely offered by nature, is to generate usable energy, direct or indirecte, not only at sails by equalation of pressures, but practically at all sections of physics. So I got convinced.
At this congress however, ideas did spin round my head, by these points of view, by discussions concerning many subjects, until early morning (labile status). If I wouldn´t have wanted to listen Schatz and Wild, early morning I would have brought back home my scatterbrain (for regeneration into stabile status).
Windhamster
I didn´t know Jürgen Schatz personally, did know only report at web (only German language) with this picture (no more actual). Jürgen Schatz is working since 1993 at this project and had to take some severe defeats. His basic idea is:
At circumference of a vertical cylinder are flap valves, by which wind can flow inside (opposite flaps automatically are closed by wind). Within cylinder, thus whirlwind comes up, nearby central ´eye´ will drive turbine vanes (while flux leaves cylinder upside).
By impressive videos, processes of flux within wind-channal were documented. On the other hand, Schatz could explain processes analog to movements of electric charges, by formulas of wellknown physicans he also could document effects by calculations. Abruptly he said, explanations of processes within fluids at its best - are to read at Evert´s workouts. I nearly felt over backwards, and later he recommended producers of windmills to study Evert in order to make progress.
Now it´s good and lovely custom, referents of congresses mutually recommend each others. However, Schatz didn´t know me personally, he had found his solution since years by himself. Opposite to me, he managed to build up really working models and could affirm his results theoretically by himself. He never ever would have had to mention one single word about my fictive claims. So however, he gave me confirmation, I really are able to make senseful statements, by purly fictive conclusions to describe reality correct. Lots of ´flowers´ for someone like me, who never practically can approve his statements - by someone who did approve.
Decisive fact however, Schatz did workout and approve by his machine is: whirlwind within cylinder is not decelerated by braking central turbine. Opposite, videos clearly show, flux is accelerated by this measurement. So at systems that kind, one has to take out masses at center - and outer masses will fall inside by increasing speed - and speed of molecular movements will get essential component of flux in total (and molecular movement of air is three times faster than hurricans are).
Exactely that´s what I described as effect of suction, years ago, lastly at Tide-Energy-Station above. And just this fact made up my mind to describe principle of Perpetuum Mobile Third / Fourth Kind once more, with validity in general.
I am convinced, Schatz soon will have machines ready for serial production. Instead of high windmills, towers much lower but as cylinders with larger diameters are to constuct. As listeners asked, Schatz mentioned also some further developements. I am sure, he soon won´t need natural wind, cause only some ten percent of air-masses inside is to suck off and ´tornado within tin´ will keep on running around. At an early chapter, I descirbed this by Rohrpumpenwirbler (sorry, only German), however cylinder like turbine of Windhamster is much easier to construct, is stable, shows even better effects.
Dr. Wild´s Energy-Field
I know Dr. Hermann Wild since years, heared some of his lectures, did read his book ´Technologien von gestern - Chancen für morgen´ (ISBN 3-906571-13-0) and I am looking forward for additional aspects by his new book ´Die vergessene Energie´ (ISBN 3-935910-04-5, Dezember 2002). I came to appreciate his work, as this scientist doesn´t hesitate to search for common aspects between physical and psychical forces.
At this lecture, at first he demonstrated some ´strange phenomenas´ of N-Machines, worked out which kind of energy field should have to exist, after some ´activation´ is also able to produce useable energy. On the other hand, he demonstrated energy fields (like earth radiation etc.), which can not be detected by technical equipement (but reality of these occurances is not to deny). He further pointed out, both kinds of energies do show some similar or same characteristics. So his conclusion is, there must exist a common energy field, depending on circumstances or kind of activation will result different occurances.
Conjunction of both, physics and spirituals, for me is common medium of ether. Like Wild I try to build brigde between materialism and spiritualism. Wild can foundate his conciderations at good knowledges about science - while I let me drive by coincident occurances and occational hints.
This very afternoon, I got hints doubled: Schatz explaint fluid movements within his Windhamster in analogy to electromagnetic processes (what´s correct, but some could think this analogy is bizarre). Wild did point out paralleles between physical and psychic forces by example of electromagnetic phenomenas (and could have use many other examples than N-Machines). Naive as I am, I made up my mind, now previously to explore occurances of electromagnetism, based at my Ether-Theory. I am sure, I will have fun and will find explanations - at least for myself. I hope, further communication with Dr. Wild will bring additional aspects, probably helpful for both.
Summary
Here I reported of my impressions and my experiences at this congress. By sure, other participants had quite other interests and took different knowledges. Lots of conversations aside presentations did show clear, this congress was informative for all participants. As one is interested in alternative physics, it´s hard to find someone to talk about - except at Scheider´s congresses (and that´s we have to gratitude).
