Summary and settlement
It will take but four sections, to show essential basics of this rotor-technology, its consequences and by logical deduction of these principles, to design that motor. Even these workouts still are written but by laymans terms and language, pictures do show but simple shematical designs, experts could well read and study this stuff - and understand these important facts. Would be nice, if experienced technologists and scientists would think about seriously, in order to bring further developement to this technology.

At this chapter, results of chapters and sections above, Corp Circle and
Sling and Swing are summarised. Conciderations there about constuctional elements, movements and power-effects, here compactly are discussed once more. Above this, remaining problems here will be solved. Including new kinds of gears, analysis of crop circle picture will be determined. Result will be a motor, which will meet all demands for earning energy by inertia power. This design, finally, will correspond completely with that pircture of Threefold halfmoon.
At first section, Basic mechanics, motion of masses within excentric walls will be analysed, acceleration and deceleration of angles speed and absulute speed as well. Further, function and arrangement of masses at sickle shaped bodies resp. excentric rings will be discussed. Existing pressing or pulling forces will be analysed and the importance of outward- and inward-bended spiral tracks will be demonstrated. It will be approved, which kind centrifugal forces may contribute to acceleration of masses, and how by counter-pressing surfaces that additional energy can be used at the output.

Energy earning, these motions will be overlayed by additional turning movements. There, the importance of asymmetry of power-effects will be worked out, which is relevant for that co-turning of output-units. Also, experiments and statements of other inventors are discussed. Analog to these power-effects, flight of boomerang will be analysed, i.e. transmision of rotational to translational motion. Lastly, pendulum- resp. lever-arm-effect of diverse mass-concentrations at rotors will be specified. It also will be determined, why input and output of these devices, technically must be seperated. Input power will just be demanded to maintain turning motion. Turning motion will produce inertia power. But resulting and remaining power-components of, will be used as output energy. An additional and essential point of view will be introduced by a piston-stroke-gear (without connecting rod, but bearings including one the other). That principle will allow relative piston-stroke-motions of masses from / to inside / outside - and same time acceleration / deceleration of masses.
Corresponding constructional elements, at the crop circle picture are shown several times. As these elements are introduced, instead of completely fixed motion-approaches (by earlier discussed gears), now motions are free by several dimensions. So masses can chose most effective tracks by itself, in order to accelerate / decelerate and thus to produce asymmetric power-components, usable for output.

Inertia motor
At final section, Inertia motor, once more these but six (but by circles or circle-arcs determined) moving constructional elements are discussed, especially the relation of radius. Some further technical aspects will be talked about, e.g. relation of volume and effective mass, etc.
This engine, an ´unbelievable´ construct will be: a round cylinder of solid metal, which but by few round interfaces is devided into several elements. All these parts move by different speed relative to each other, also relatively turning ahead and back. - And by this, energy should be to win?
Incredible - impossible - real
By sure, this seems to be unbelievable. Especially, as everyone does know, maschines like this - perpetuum mobile - quit impossible are. Most people do ´know´ that, so they ´believe´ the incredible must also be impossible. One the other hand, today one well does know, practically every ´knowledge´ but ´believing´ indeed will be. Much stuff, yesterdays incredible, todays reality got - like much real stuff still does appeare incredible.
Some time ago, I made it my duty to solve that problem. I think, just for me, I did that job. By sure, I had some fun by this mental exercises. I just could bring these ideas into this world (-wide-web). However, I can´t do more, can´t make better texts nore drawings nore formulas nore technically realize these constructs by my own. So I just can hope, these ideas may ´move´ someone to move something.
Now, experts must check these statements here. Experts must drive simulations. CAD must be used. Models must be build. Tests must be done. However: who wants ´musts´?
One stuff we must achieve: to stop environmental pollution. - This engine, Mr. Clean could be. Who could stop to approve this? - Even that constructional design at a cornfield was drawn?
